Actually so many ppl wanna go banks for what the pay also not super good…there’s more companies out there paying more. Unless you’re in IB or markets then it’s prestigious in banks if not regardless compliance or what, retail banking aren’t any better… is strategy in banks considered prestigious too? I doubt so if want strategy must as well go consulting companies or tech. Banking should be a long term career cos hard to jump ship

Explorer grad they just reached out last week to congrats on advancing to next stage and for us to confirm our graduation dates lo. Not sure what’s the next stage but should be assessment centre

i would think consumer/corporate banking division would pay the highest and is the most prestigious amongst the divisions in explorer bc it includes private banking.
