Annual increment close to 5% for grade C. Promotion not sure, cos haven't been promoted.

HTX seems to be hiring a new batch of associates. have been shortlisted and cleared 2 rounds of interview. but after that no reply/answer for 2-3 weeks already. any idea how long they take to process?

what is the interview like? got technical rounds? also whats the pay like
