yes can confirm this. most of their interns/trainees are thrown tons of admin **** and end up learning nothing much.

yes I agree too. this program is just for them to get cheap labor. really regrate joining this program but back then the covid situation was tough. Now with a robust job market, only stupid fellows will join them.

CHEAP company. Other traineeship programs are paying more!

Hi all, anyone have insights on the UBS global banking grad programme? What’s the salary and exit opportunities like? Worth joining anot cos it’s global banking? Usually banking only IB, markets and asset or wealth management considered the best right

If you don't even know what global banking is at UBS, please don't bother to apply. U will fail the first stage of interview anyway.

Alamak the op can read up before the interview what lol. But anyway graduate program only 4.2k not worth joining tbh, even uob pays 4.6k.
