I am not a radiographer but i work in one of these hospitals before. I would think the benefits are almost the same. They all learn and copy from each other.

I'm working in one of the hospitals in singhealth (allied health). I believe the benefits are about the same among the different clusters. But I was told that nuhs bonus are generally higher.

Will the benefit provided by sgh better than ttsh? Is relocation allowance and housing allowance provided by sgh? Also what kind of bonus is given at sgh? (AWS, CVB, PB??)

The medical benefits, if I'm not mistaken, should be the same across all, if not most of the medical clusters (public hospitals) in Singapore. The management did this streamline adjustment last year.
We have annual PB and salary increment. There is no other variable bonus given. There is however a special bonus payout on top of your PB.
Housing allowance wise, it depends on the pass you are holding and your contract. Some of my colleagues have housing allowance, some don't. As for relocation package, I would say it very much depends on your job grade, the hospital will pay for your relocation fees if you are of a higher job grade.

(EXCLUDING AWS)

Performance bonus varies across the different institutes in the singhealth cluster. My institute gives about 2.5 months performance bonus for B graders.
