If you got questions about CBGT feel free to ask, I'll try to answer.
Does the SEED program suck? Kind of, depends on your team.
Personally I did a lot of work and got lots of recognition but I have 3 friends who actually did nothing for 2 years straight. They also didn't go to the office at all in those 2 years because their entire teams were contractors from India, their manager is Indian who's never in the office as well so no one cared.
For them it's great because that means they can work part time or do other jobs and earn 2x income but the bad thing is that they'll learn nothing so I don't know how are they going to job hop next time.
For me it kind of sucks having to work so much when others are enjoying and doing nothing when we're both getting same pay. I think you need to look on the bright side and plan your future properly, learn what you can from DBS and run after 2-3 years.

In CBGT and IBGT it's very bad, in general you will work either 8 or 9am to 7-8pm most days. For me I start at 7.30am and end around 9pm everyday since 2023 march.
Since the MAS problem, they have started looking into SEEDer's productivity so they will track how many PRs you raise, how many tickets are assigned to you etc and adjust accordingly.
WFH is 2 days, 3 days in office.
Tech stack, TS + react for frontend, Java spring for backend, ios swift for mobile, not sure about ADA or Info security roles.
