From what I understand, if you get to HR round (either on the day of the hackathon/ via call days after), you have been shortlisted. They probablt know who they want to take via resume screening already.

Half-truth, back during covid period they were mass hiring like crazy so the bar to get in was so much lower back then

this is true, its also open to diploma graduates as well with no degree, the only problem is u'll be analyst for many years which means ur pay is capped to 5k max
dbs also has a history of never firing anyone since 2012, if u want a stable job, honestly dbs is the best, i dunno why people say its st engineering or ncs... lol those two companies are garbage and make u work like dog, at least dbs is somewhat tolerable

See a lot of activity here so let me share my opinions,
Joined in July 2021, in CBGT. Associate now.
If you got questions about CBGT feel free to ask, I'll try to answer.
Does the SEED program suck? Kind of, depends on your team.
Personally I did a lot of work and got lots of recognition but I have 3 friends who actually did nothing for 2 years straight. They also didn't go to the office at all in those 2 years because their entire teams were contractors from India, their manager is Indian who's never in the office as well so no one cared.
For them it's great because that means they can work part time or do other jobs and earn 2x income but the bad thing is that they'll learn nothing so I don't know how are they going to job hop next time.
For me it kind of sucks having to work so much when others are enjoying and doing nothing when we're both getting same pay. I think you need to look on the bright side and plan your future properly, learn what you can from DBS and run after 2-3 years.
