No, i didnt get an offer last week. I got an email saying “we need more time to deliberate your candidacy” last week

You might have to wait then, from what I read here they are sending out the offers soon and you should be in the queue should there be any rejects

I got an email before that saying that I have been shortlisted, pending the outcome of Pre-Employment Screening checks.
