mine the first time was "C" on TSO, also 0.85. it was pro-rated by days i work too. what ur scheme?

ooo icic mso and tso the bonus rates the same i think. I got B after that~~ hehe. btw u got any colleague get C+?

My dept only 2 mso.. haha.. but he retired mso but recontract on yearly basis.. not sure his grade.. b i guess is 2 mths??.. so demoralised get 0.85 mths.. haha.. btw after 1 year cconfirmation how much increment u got?...

lol icic, no leh b 1.5 mnths leh D: not that high. i think the 0.85 is default when haven confirm leh. hmm that time confirm my pay add 100+ i think

Hi..is promotion and PB interdependent? Meaning if ur pb grading is just a c..still have chance to promote?

They are independent. The prerequisite for promotions is 2 C+ up till the point when u are going to get promoted. It may be accumulated from previous years.
