Typically within 1 year, and all roles start as a contract role. However, do note that some roles have no chance of being emplaced - so be sure to ask the HR if the role you are gunning for provides the opportunity to be emplaced.

Been at this grade since 2017. No ambition to be director.

I was told that my interview was successful and was offer the title of AD. Any kind soul can tell me what is the grade of AD at ACRA?
