I hearsay superscalers don’t need to do annual appraisal? Is it true?

Does this mean they also don’t get ABCD grades or they will just be ranked without appraisal exercise?

Anyone knows when PB info is released for Polytechnics.

C is not 3 months, its closer to 2. And in any case, I dont think anyone is chionging just for bonuses. You have to have the drive to succeed.

Hi , i am from a uniformed group here, shld most probably be getting my promotion this june. But does anyone know if i will be getting both merit increment and promotion increm
at the same time?

Rubbish. Of course still have appraisal and ranking with their own substantive grade

On further thought I think that person meant it more like “I’ve reached my CEP I don’t need to care about appraisal”
