Can I ask, do public servants get 3 payouts on top of their monthly salary?
June, Dec and performance bonus?
June is a bonus for staying on, and Dec is AWS (13th month)?
Is this how the 3 payouts work?

Jun - mid year bonus (variable %)
Dec - AWS 1 mth + end of year bonus (variable %)
Mar - Performance bonus
