Could someone share how the mid year bonus works? For new hires, is it only for those who worked the whole of June? Thanks!

In short, everyone in cs gets 0.3 mth bonus. Those without degree get an additional one time payment.

More or less it but some without degree also may be higher grade but is rare

How does mid year bonus work? like the performance bonus where one has to work last year too?
