You should know your grade during appraisal discussion with your RO. If you are satisfied with the given grade, stay until 1 April then tender loh. On the other hand, if you have been offered other jobs that promises better career prospect & higher salary, don’t bother to wait until PB payout. Weigh the pros and cons yourself.

I was offered a 1 year contract with a stat board (as a fresh grad). Does anyone know which month they will discuss whether or not they want to extend to full time?
