Meaning to say.. when the directors meet u dont have many plus points as compared to others for ur directors to fight for better grade... in yr SAR better put all thr small2 things that u do.. u never know if these small2 things makes a diffrence during the exercise..

Mx 11 join in Jul. After pro rate, 0.5 mths, grade C. Not norm right? I used to get at least 1.85 for C at my previous place.

C is standard grade for officers with less than 1 year of service. PB quantum depends on ministry and statboard.
