queries about UOB service exec

hi, i recently applied for UOB service exec position & got an interview.

former/current service exec, how was/is your experience like in this position & is the pay commission-based?

asking cause cross-selling bank products is listed in the job scope but i'm not sure is it a suggest products to customers kinda thing or is it an aggressively push for customers to get services/products as my pay depends on the commission from sales.

i'm cool with customer service & suggesting but kinda meh about sales.

Why don't you ask these questions in the interview? It will show that you are willing to find out more about the position and if it is a right fit for you.
