hi, i recently applied for
UOB service exec position & got an interview.
former/current service exec, how was/is your experience like in this position & is the pay commission-based?
asking cause cross-selling bank products is listed in the job scope but i'm not sure is it a
suggest products to customers kinda thing or is it an aggressively push for customers to get services/products as my pay depends on the commission from
sales.
i'm cool with customer service & suggesting but kinda meh about sales.
