Btw, I'm also looking around at other jobs, but wondering why in general, companies' management associate programmes usually state working exp must be NO MORE than 2 or 3 years? So those with more working exp are ruled out?

Yes they prefer you to have clean slate so they can groom you. Unless you are exceptional and still youthful enough, you will likely be ruled out. Perhaps can try applying for higher level positions since you have experience?

In my co, the consideration for an applicant to be high potential, is an age bracket of under 40. So i dun hv much time left to earn as much as i can. Unless i start my own biz
But to an avg worker like me. $10 to $15k a mth may be my highest salary at peak.
I m nw 30

High potential may not start out as mgmt trainee.
U need to excel in your own field and be highly visible

Hi all, would like to ask the seniors here regarding the starting pay to expect for a fresh grad (2nd upper honours degree), particularly in govt stat boards..
Does anyone have any idea? Any input would be helpful! Thanks!
