The Govt pays you for 28 days every month. The extra days cumulates to one extra month. 13th month is your PAY, not bonus. British system. If AVC is 0, then you have no year-end bonus.

Is the 13th month system better or the one which incorporate 13th month into salary better?

1. There is a bonus for sure. Even if there is no extra money other than the 13th month, there is at least a lum sum for the low income Civil/Public Servant.

2. The bonus should have been decided a few days ago, but no one who knows it dare to circulate it as it is a serious breach of regulation in service.

3. There will be an announcement in news, the reason why it is delayed is most probably due to the schedule of Mr Lee. Usually he has to talk about it formally on TV, together with a few other matters (election for this time probably). Given that he is just back from Korea last Friday, he probably is not free or ready to record the speech yet.

There would still be announcement which will between mon - wed cause earliest govt sector pay is 10/12

Incorporating is better...than incorporate the pb in as well and assume everyone is an average worker...cos can always terminate...company and economy bonus will be really bonus...like that clearer for the staff

Few months back can give all ME3 and above 1 months MAC, now cannot give bonus to the rest??? What a joke, treating the rest invulnerable???
