Physical AC
This company hold physical AC for its GDP selection process. Likely to break the rule as there are intermingling during its AC and networking lunch. Sadly, I have no physical evidence for it so I did not report.

Yes 6 people in a group (total 3 groups) for case discussion together with 2 HR. Then the 3 groups gather together for the case presentation. Same for the "networking lunch" where the existing management executives rotate among the 3 tables. I was shocked with their attitude towards COVID but I am unsure if they got the go-ahead for the event to proceed.

They definitely did lah. You dk corp events can go ahead now meh? Even MICE venues can be used.

Ah yes, intermingling at the assessment center when even MICE events/cruises requires social distancing. Very smart of you to assume intermingling is OK for MICE rofl

Fresh grad pay is average 3.5k thereabouts. Used to have interesting rotations overseas but not sure how it is now with covid.

Does anybody know the starting salary for Capitaland's MA/GA prog? My friend who joined them for this year's batch told me it was around 4-4.5k.
