DSTA or CSIT
Need help~
Would like some advice from people who have worked in either of the company.
If you have a choice to work in either of the above, which is the best place to work in for career progression or technical experience?

Wrong. Both CSIT and DSTA has the same pay structure. 5.1 for FCH and 2nd lower is alot higher than 4.2 and yes, these do not include bonuses and retention bonuses.

That's right. Anyway, DSO and Govtech pay lesser. DSO should be nearer to CSIT/ DSTA but govtech is definitely the least. IMO, do need to care so much about starting salary. What matters is the things that you can learn there.

DSTA does a lot more paperwork and not as much technical stuff.
DSO and CSIT does more technical stuff.
GovTech... Let's me just say that I hope it does not go the way of NCS in the future.
