For me my panel interview was hiring manager from the different teams. Not only did they will ask questions to see whether you are good fit, they will try to pinpoint which team you would be good in.

So as much as you indicate preference, they will still see whether they want you.

Noted. May I ask for your panel interviewers are they like HODs and C suite / Management team people or just VPs/AVPs?

Any one applied GLRC and have gotten replies /offers ?

Any advantages of working in the back office ops and tech compared to front office customer facing?
