I was one of the pioneer batch of the OCBC management/graduate programme and currently at Director level drawing 280k / p.a.

why are yall so angry towards traineeship, or trainees in general. i was a trainee and managed to convert within 6 months. now im earning 5k as a full-timer. granted, 5k is not a lot but the traineeship gave me that opportunity.
