Career advice - for moving another company worth it?

Hi All,

Financial analyst here doing FP&A
drawing around 3.7 on top of it with AWS and 1-2 months VB, in a MNC subsidiary

now having a offer at CBRE for 4.2 with no aws and 1-2 months VB.

it is only 5% on top of my current package however CBRE is a F500 company.

Any advice from you guys? should i hop to another company with 10-20% instead of going to CBRE for exposure?

I wont take this offer. I will leave only if at least 20% of overall package.

In your case you should negotiate for a higher base.

My last job switch is 30% increase of my annual package.

I believe it is situational. What is the market for this kind of role based on years of experience? Does the new job gives you better prospect than your current one? How long have you been in your current company?

Just sharing that I have a job change at 3-4% annual package increment for better job prospect and learning curve. In the following year, I made a jump with 40% annual package increment in which the 3-4% increment job change benefitted me.
