Not really. Auditing is an unique segment where you cant really freeze hiring as there is a ratio every FI needs to fulfill against the total employee to the regulator. If you don't get replies, it just mean they are looking for folks who are in FI and not outside the industry. Its usually the case because it takes a while to train someone up with TRM.
