Prices of condos change a lot from one mrt station to the next. You'd expect that the price of condos around Tanjong pagar to cost a lot more than Sembawang.

I found a list of all the pries of condos near MRT station in Singapore.

unsurprisingly, places along the red line are a lot cheap especially in the more inaccessible northern parts. Quite interesting to see.
