Service group is the remnant from the IDA days. IDA has never been the destination of choice for fresh grads, until the rebranding to Govtech and the introduction of divisions like GDS and OGP.

I am an augmented resource, a vendor who has been around and seen enough of service group to know how trash most of them are. =)

Let’s not name and finger point… a Chinese saying is think about where the water comes from when drinking water.

AR need both GDS/SVC and GDS need SVC as agencies give Headcount.

While CE mentioned some stability but that didn’t run away of HC transfer de la.

Without SVC which is 50% of GVT, I think can forget about AR or GDS because we are the single biggest customers served by GDS or those SI.

Is ok to be trash in your eyes cos we cannot control how one thinks, but we are those trash that give you a job

To add on, don be narrow minded. You may think we SVC are really bad and you had seen enough, but there are almost 2k SVC officers, you seen that many?

Also as an AR, if you have access to oneSpace, please take a look how many folks from GDS been coming over to SVC (Safe Haven) from all the “re-org”
