**** up management (my AD [also my RO] and DD). Do so much **** for the past one year, then give me C- for IPB, which is equivalent to my 1 week of base salary for IPB!

Looking for job now. Going to quit this shitty place!
It's actually quite difficult to get a C-. Much easier to get a C+ or even a B. I've tried to give underperforming staff C- but was unsuccessful. And this was after multiple counseling during 1 on 1s (which your RO should do to set clear expectations).

mind to share why unsuccessful?

What are the expectations one needs to meet in order to achieve a grade of C+, B?

Is it true that beyond giving the Performance Grade, RO can also influence the amount of bonus to give (like +- some %)?

Just to share some information. am Grade E.

Gotten C+ for this year and 1.3 IBP this year

Total is around 2.7mths (IPB + CB), am contented but dont really understand why IPB is lower by 0.2 since same grade and same grading (C+) last year (1.5).
CB higher abit for this year then IPB lower abit for this year, LPPL, feel abit cheated haha.

What shocked me is the increment this year , gotten around 12% , from 5xxx to 6xxx.
So no complaints for this year. Last year only gotten around 3.8% + 2% market adjustment, 5.8% in total only. No MDR.
