I did justified my last drawn salary is underpaid and why I am expecting this amount because I got relevant experience, skillsets, achievements in this, that blah blah bla...but HR said this is the best they can offer and is non-nego. Period.

its HR practice by SOP they need to see your last drawn and not offer you more than XX% from your last drawn, hard truth.

LPPL one bro, me same problem that’s why I tender liao. Cannot be doing same tasks as my colleague yet they drawing higher 20-30% salary tio bo?

Ya not HR prob, they following order only. is the system problem lah, all use mouth say nia simi don’t look at last pay
