The market adjustment is a retaliatory action in the hope to keep staff in GT.
What’s the point of giving adjustment based on performance where majority of the staff are in C grade?

Just checked my workday. Did a quick calculation, it's a 2% increment. Will be wiped out by the incoming GST increase. Maybe shall start to find new SWE job. The demand out there is high now.
