No such thing anymore, there's WOG alignment recently, moving forward all staff whether perm or direct contract will get perm kind of bonus structure.
so yeah, more uncertainty than the previous fixed bonus quanta tagged to performance grades

2017 $4k (SEA raised the bar)
2018 $5k
2019 up to $6k (US tech comp setup in SG, uber, airbnb, fb)
