Does GT convert contract to perm??
Not sure why all these jobs are contract now. and recruiter mentioned there is no differences. To me, i believe the bonus is slightly different?

Doesn't really matter in tech industry right? Chances are, you will switch companies every 2 to 3 years anyway.
