Thanks I have decided to go with NCS because I feel its more rounded.

Govtech feels too nerdy every one like scholar.
Coming to work will be like going to school and competition with all the fch...

I think I'm better suited to work in place where can chit chat and smile and joke with less academic driven people.

Good choice, you learn more doing the groundwork unlike the academia , judt make sure to network well. You never know where it might bring you.
