Tell that to your DCE, CE and POD bah. When they dont even bother about fairness(or at least appearing fair), why should we bother with govtech mission

this sort of mentality not sustainable. kids will go hungry. we are here because of salary.sg not be because of ivorytower.gov

lie flat is bad for personal progression. but doing the bare minimum for your main job while working on a side hustle isn’t lying flat. it’s looking out for your loved ones.

But i feel its hard to pinpoint back to them although I feel they could have do better and handle better in this area rather than keeping quiet

It feels disjointed ,like oh this is GDS problem, services don't worry

But its affecting govtech as a whole brand and our livelihood will be affected

So really hope govtech con we get to ask questions through pigeonhole and I dare them not to censor or disapprove questions
