Grade A, B, C is probably those really admin admin staff.
Grade D, E, F is probably fresh grad level or even diploma maybe
Grade G, H is the majority kind
Grade I onwards are DSM or Snr. Check out the career ladder in govtech intranet

I got C- for Performance review. (One week IPB exactly). I took my previous base salary divide by 4. Turn out to be 1 week IPB exactly.

Digital Business Analyst: Grade F (Job grade). No MDR as still Grade F.


**** up management (my AD [also my RO] and DD). Do so much **** for the past one year, then give me C- for IPB, which is equivalent to my 1 week of base salary for IPB!

Looking for job now. Going to quit this shitty place!
