What is the duration of your tenure with the company? previously C?

It's one way to weed out the weak or unwanted. Are u BA or TS? Those Lao Jiao won't care of such grading. It's a place for retirement. No bonus nvm, so long got monthly salary and do the

I think it's fruitless because already rubber stamped and manager won't simply change it for u, unless u got like ACE or CE or CD back u up.

No sane manager will agree to your appeal. Will kena whack by Prasad later

You can just ask your manager why they gave you a poor performance C-

Can ask, but for what? Tio marked already. If manager are not supportive, would have identify it way earlier. I think sometimes really suck it up already.

could be because of that bell curve thing they use during the appraisal review.
