I'm at Grade F now. Anybody know what's the criteria to move on to grade G? Is it still constant C+ for 2 years? or is it harder?

If stuck at Grade F, might be better to look for another job.

you need to work more than beyond your scope, compare yourself with the peer on the same grade, anything you done that make you outstanding?

arrange a meeting with your RO (not during appraisal period), align the expectation on what you need to take up in order for next grade promotion, good luck!

Left my previous agency at mx10. Looking to join here? What is the equivalent of m10 grade here? Grade I or K?

Heard there is extra bonus for Govtech? Anyone know how much?
