I can only say OGP pay higher within that grade but not crazy high as compared to what others said. For example, the grade range is 7-9k, OGP might straight pay 8.5k-9k and others are at the mercy of HR's offering.

200k for 8yoe for ogp is REAL. they are not on the same scale as you

Any knows the percentage jump for a Grade promotion ?

Also for the performance grading, i didnt have any clue from my RO. How did you guys find out?

Joined last year early March, so really dont know anything, and Yes gotten a grade promotion.

didnt u find this out from HR before u joined? seems like one of the things to clarify no? anyway from what i found out from HR - 1)Grade D to E (3-5%) 2)On top of that performance increment (another 3-5%)

pls lmk if these numbers are inaccurate, means HR scammed me
