I am a fch in engineering local uni but no relevant experience

Hearsay DSO alot of scholars? If that's true, non scholars will lose out anot? Local U FCH fresh grad here

Ya got quite a lot of scholars.

Depends on the division you go to, some divisions give scholar more opportunity, some no difference.

Look at it this way - if say half the population is scholar in some shape or form (DSTA overseas/local DSO midterm scholarship), there isn't much need to discriminate. Unlike in other places where there is a significant divide.
