A requirement basically depends on the strategy of an interviewer that how he/ she is representing him. The just notice your way of living, dressing and talking with other and check new ideas to grow there business or organization.

hi guys i got an email to say they found me suitable for the role. My pre interview was in early june and second round interview was in end june.
