Dont bother joining this company, later like me 1 person tank majority of the project and still no promotion. Not even qualified for E5 although 1 person tanking it and facing customer directly.

Understaff me and dont show recognition in terms of promotion.

Either you are still dreaming, too junior to know the pay grad of fresh grad or too outcasted by colleagues that no one wanna share with you / tell you the truth of their pay....

Typical case of people in ST, but don't even know what's going on inside ST or outside of ST. Just living day by day... slowly farming E5,E5,M1,M2 etc....

No 5k la, ard 4.2 4.8k nia for E5. If include bonus yes = 5k

Fresh grad join with high pay complain not enough and everything also don't know how to do.
Seniors kept in the dark thinking their 3% increment means they are doing work right.

E5 can earn 5k. Yet an E6 who joined last year only 4.2k.

Meanwhile E6 with 5-8 year exp with the company is only paid 4.2-5.2k.
