Not true. Top management pay all getting cut. Already 1 round of cutting before this latest announcement. Also not iron rice bowl anymore for high rank staff.

Agree. Top management and corporate people getting 3-6% pay cut as solidarity with the aerospace people. Non aerospace people m3 and below suffer from wage freeze only.

But when the economy is bad like now, it is easier to cut bonus than to cut basic =(
