Then you come work 15 min earlier also can or not?

Basically the rule of thumb is..
If you are able to finish the work.. Go home on time no issue

Can't finish work..
But always come late. Long lunch and leave early on time.
Thats where you got marked.

Maybe that's why all those seniors... They never in office until like 9 to 930 am
. But they stayed back like 5 min or 10 min later... This is the reason la.

Office politics.
I have staff she is rhe earliest. And she also never go long lunch. Like 15 min pantry lunch..
And she finish her work so she leave on time no problem.

I have another staff E5 stroll in office 930 am follow th seniors.. Work cannot finish. Deadline cannot meet. Still dare to leave on time to rush home..

That one I also put in rh. Appraisal... Work can't complete. Rush home..
Leaving 2-3 mins earlier is no big deal. Most staff does that. No one is dumb enough to leave 15 minutes everyday. Looking for trouble only.

Why I leave on time is because I can only start work when the rest of the team pass me their deliverables. When they got delayed over and over, there's no point for me to stay late. First, I am not in the development team can't help them. Next, sitting around surf net either get arrow by boss or simply wasting my time. Three, bitten once by helping with their admin stuff and end up taking blame.

I work through lunch time everyday. They can call me stupid but I rather finish my work and go. Office politics is one thing. When the bosses are blinded by their own stooges that's another story.

Then your shuttle bus should come 2 min late. If you leave late you can catch the next one also what.
Like you said. Its just 2 min wad. Take the next one..

You reason abit contradictory.
You leave on time cause you want to go home la.
If you can only start work when the rest pass you their deliverables should mean you should start work later and go home later.

Why your logic is you leave early..
Must be you never process their work. End up delay by you. You rush home...

All this reason only justify why you can leave on time...
Not why you should and entitled to leave earlier...

Of course when they confirm they can deliver I will stay. Why should I stay when I'm told "We need another week or two"?

Ywah if your wife give birth to a child at 31 Dec 2020 1158 pm its just 2 to 3 min earlier.
If she tahan just 2 to 3 min later, she will get the first baby born in 2021 and the child start school 1 year earlier...

Ywah just 2 to 3 min earlier...

Ywah company should also pay you less 2 to 3 cents.. It's just 2 to 3 cents..
But it all adds up.

If you leave 2 min earlier. You're stealing 10 min every week from work. And 40 min every month.

Someone on reddit... Say he lost 60k usd cause his stock can't sell in 2 to 3 min.
If only he had sold it 2 to 3 min earlier, he would have been 60k less poor.

You are paid a monthly stipend to be at work from 830 am to 6pm.
Stay late is up to you. But leaving at 558 pm everyday is stealing from company la.

Company should deduct 2 min from your pay.. And add up the lost.
