What should my expected salary be for a financial analyst position in Exxon?

I've got 1 yr working exp in another industry, degree holder without honours.

1 year working experience. nus business.

I would work my butt off to be employed by exxon.

No, not going for interview. Am curious as to what it takes to work there or, well, what they are looking for in any case.

I have no idea but I don't think they hire in batches, not for the finance position anyway. I don't imagine their finance department would need a batch of new recruits every year...
