auto industry is like that one, similar to manufacturing. 1+ month bonus is normal for support department. but they give good car perks if ur into that sort of thing.

yes, but their bonuses are still pegged on the same scale as the rest of the non-treasury colleagues isn't it? (unlike their financial services subsidiary which has their own bonuses)
