that's an ok offer if you consider the following typical farmer scenario for male, 2nd upper or better, engineering.
1st year: 4500 (fresh grad as PE)
2nd year: 4700 (4-5% merit increment)
3rd year: 5150 (10% promotion increment to EPE)
4th year: 5350 (4-5% merit increment)
5th year: 5570 (4-5% merit increment. This is where you'd be if you had joined LTA as fresh grad)
One thing to take note is that it'll likely take another 2-3 years before you're considered for SPE, if you take up the EPE offer now. Do factor that into your consideration if your main concern is that you're lagging behind your peers in terms of titles.

I'm having the 2nd interview with director and HR few days ago.
The process only took less than 10mins and end of the session they only asking if I have any more questions...
Then I took the initiative to ask how long do I need to wait for the result they say roughly 1-2weeks.
Salary not disclosed during the interview.
Does it mean I have failed this time round

My two cent thoughts, usually when you get to the second interview more or less u secure the job already but less than 10mins is really short tbh. I recall mine was close to 30mins, I got the call from HR 2-3 weeks later when she briefly shared with me the offer package. Salary not discussed during interview too, I believe HR have their own formula in working out a competitive pay.
