Do we get auto redesignated to the next rank upon hitting the salary ceiling assuming the next rank is still within CEP?

Ie. Redesignating from AD1 to AD2 upon hitting AD1 salary ceiling

I don't think it is minimum 10k per month but yes, life as a DD can vary greatly between departments.
