Saw somewhere in the prev page that the 2022 AD1s are receiving 6450. Wonder how much was the salary revision for AD2.. should be quite significant?

Previous pages mention salary adjustment up to $1000.

Conservative estimate, maybe minimum 0.6 months. But the range within each performance grade can also be wide.
How big the difference would also depend on the base salary.
To be a happy officer in public service, suggest not to focus too much on bonus amount, since MAS officers are supposed to be working for Singapore and the good of Singaporeans

bonus
Is bonus range ( many mentioned 1.5-2 months in this forum) constant across grades or does the bonus (months) increase with job grade ? Does anyone know the average bonus (months) for senior DD grades ? Any inputs will be useful.

What is senior DD ar, you mean you appointed at DD2 or higher?
Think the average similar across grades, if not it means that the senior DD gets both a higher base and variable component by default
Don't think a good senior DD would get very much more than 2.5 months, but please correct if this estimate is inaccurate

Public service does not reward individual star performance as most projects require collective efforts. Not individual brillance.

Hi, anyone working at MAS able to share what's the working culture like? And is it hybrid working or full wfo? Thanks in advance.

Saw that there are 2 ranks for AD. How long is it typically for each rank? Is it auto promotion until DD?
