The expected salary part of the form is more for experienced hires, because there is no point for them to go through the process with them if they are expecting something that MAS would simply not pay.

Do you mean the salary after 1 year anni is 5-6k?
And the increment from A to AD is a few hundred? Can you share the rough %?

Not just want a link but must also be clear lol
Take it you already understand the difference between NPAA, AVC like mid-year and end-year bonuses recently announced as they are not based on individual performance
Coming back to the question, public service stat boards are their own employers. So while some link may be inferred based on past years trends since civil service as the largest employer has set the tone, will be surprising if even HR is able to provide a firm answer
Maybe you can try asking HR - or your boss ~

A to AD1 is normal increment. AD1 to AD2 is the significant increment.

Around 5 to 6 years of exp to be AD2. It is not as certain as A to AD1 but it will happen.
Pay wise should be 6.5k upwards.
