I have a friend who have been working in MAS for 5 years.

He usually start work at 830. And then end after 6 and can be up till 7 plus.

Weekends need to do reading and research for his work.

Is there a lot of staff leaving ah? Saw jobstreet like tons of roles being advertised. Some even labelled as urgent. Some of the roles have been advertised since last year.

I got an interview from MAS for an AD role, but it only takes about 30 minutes+ with division head and team lead, when I could hear back from them?

Usually if you are good and the one they want, they will straightaway get dpt head to interview you.

At the end of the interview, they have told they are interviewing other candidates as well, I'm not sure if I should at least wait for 1 week if no news then move on or?

Continue apply for jobs that interest you? Unless your dream job is MAS and nothing else, why even bother to set an ultimatum of 1 week

Ya just apply for other jobs in the meantime. But warn you that the turnover rate has been very high and alot or people have left. So you will have to pick up the pieces.
