hi all, on average how many months bonus does an average performer at MAS get?
i heard MAS has only performance bonus (unlike other CS)

2 months plus or minus. Donít hope for anything

looks like most of the dollars went into the base pay, can i say that?

There was a pay structure revision 2-3 years ago... Some bonus components got subsumed into base pay so now the bonus is low in absolute months to simulate banking pay structure... I got 17% increase in base but total comp only went up a little out of the revision. The higher base is better I feel.. it helped with my recent move into banking as my new base was negotiated based on my last drawn base.

but it works adversely against those who are joining MAS
as MAS might only match you last drawn pay and you end up getting lower bonuses as well

What are you doing now in banking?

3.5 months is possible?

hmm might be difficult to attract solid performers from the financial industry for this kind of compensation...

Haha anything more than 3 months get deferred, so fat hope on cashing out more
